Can I manage multiple stores from one account?
Yes. Every store is a location in Rosie. You see all of them in one dashboard, move staff between stores, and manage rosters for each independently or together.
How does it handle part-timers and casuals?
Each staff member has their own max hours, availability, and employment type. Rosie respects all of it when auto-filling — a casual with 20 max hours won't get rostered for 35.
Can I create template rosters?
Yes. Build your ideal week once, save it as a template, and reuse it whenever you want. Tweak for holidays, sales events, or seasonal changes.
What about seasonal staff who only work for a few months?
Add them to Rosie with their start and end dates. They'll appear as available during their contract period and won't clutter your roster outside of it.
Does Rosie handle break and rest period rules?
Yes. Set your minimum rest between shifts, maximum consecutive days, and break requirements. Rosie enforces them automatically — you'll never accidentally roster someone for 10 days straight.
