How does Rosie enforce caregiver-to-resident ratios?

You set the minimum number of staff per role for each shift type. When auto-filling or manually editing, Rosie checks these requirements and flags any shift that doesn't meet them. You can't accidentally under-staff.

Can it handle different qualification requirements?
